Audit Administrator - Shrewsbury
WR Partners are looking to recruit a part time, experienced administrator.
We’re looking for someone able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, liaise with Clients, booking appointments and update our systems. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with good communication skills and happy to work from our offices 5 days a week.
The salary offered is competitive and the team is based on the Shrewsbury business park within a friendly and comfortable open plan office environment. WR Partners is a professional services company, and we pride ourselves on our quality and the service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Submitting and monitoring Audit Bank Letter Requests ahead of audit fieldwork commencement
Liasing with client management to ensure Audit authority requests are completed and appropriate
Preparing engagement/disengagement letters in accordance with operational management team
Chasing any missing information to minimise workflow disruptions (bank letters, engagement letters etc)
Perform the client onboarding process for new clients including anti money laundering checks, internal approval forms and issue of engagement letter
Administrative support for on site audit teams (booking meetings, booking hotels etc as instructed by the management team)
Organising monthly deadlines information
Maintaining and updating key client registers for the Service Delivery Unit (SDU), ensuring they remain up to date and reflect current workloads
Essential Requirements are:
Proven accounts knowledge and experience
Competent IT knowledge
Good Communication skills
The ability to multi task and work under pressure with accuracy and focus
Strong organisation and time management skills
The ability to plan and prioritise tasks
Experience working for an accountancy firm or in a finance team would be an advantage.
