Our people are the beating heart of our organisation. We place a real emphasis on listening to and understanding the people who work at WR, because we realise this fosters a great and inclusive working culture that everyone can feel positively towards.

Who we are

Our history and where we’re going

Collectively we’ve been helping businesses for over 120 years when WR first came into being. We are proud to have a rich heritage and history, testament to how we conduct business, the WR Partners way. And since then, we’ve merged and acquired other companies, to bring in outside expertise and deliver to the needs of our clients in the present as well as anticipating our markets future needs too.

We want to be remembered for excellent service. Maximising clients’ profit, wealth, and helping them achieve their personal and business goals. This is our core philosophy and it has helped us create an environment where both the individual and the business can grow.
