WR Partners Staff Conference 2022

For the first time in over two years, local accountants and business advisors WR Partners held their annual company conference at Tern Hill Hall on the 26th of April 2022.

Bringing together over 200 staff members from across Shropshire, Cheshire and Wales this was the first time the firm has met as ‘WR Partners’ since the acquisition of Howard a Worth and the re-brand of Whittingham Riddell back in 2020.

Helen Spencer, Managing Partner at WR Partners, explained that the event is held annually to provide staff with an update on the development and growth plans for the firm as well as to recognize all their hard work and dedication over the past few years.

Staff enjoyed inspiring talks from, Linda Moir on the importance of excellent customer service and how Linda’s interesting experience of working for top service organisations can provide lessons on building award-winning customer service. Darren Edwards, a disabled adventurer and motivational speaker, also spoke at the event. His incredible personal story of overcoming adversity truly motivated and encouraged the team to think differently when facing challenges in the future.

The firm is very excited about the future of WR Partners and can’t wait to see how things develop over the next 12 months. An even bigger conference is on the horizon for 2023!
