His responsibilities included submitting R&D Grant proposals for SMEs and large companies alike, providing feasibility studies, product development, and exceptional innovation projects.
Moving on to MSC R&D Limited, Roger progressively climbed the ranks, ultimately serving as Senior Manager & Principal Analyst. During his tenure, he managed a portfolio of R&D tax clients, conducted Technical Due Diligence Reviews for Venture Capitalist clients, and significantly contributed to a doubling turnover.
In his most recent role at TBAT Innovation Limited, Roger was an R&D Tax Consultant. His core responsibilities included interacting with clients' technical and engineering staff to identify qualifying R&D projects, conducting financial assessments per HMRC guidelines, and managing the end-to-end process of delivering clients' claims.
