Enhanced Client Service: We've made several changes to improve our service!

As the new year unfolds, WR Partners is thrilled to announce a series of transformative changes to elevate our client service.

It's now easier than ever to get in touch with us:

In response to valuable feedback from our recent survey, we identified and addressed challenges associated with reaching our teams. We have been aware of some technical challenges last year, leading to delays in call answering times. I'm pleased to let you know we have now fixed the systems causing this. Clients can expect expedited response times, ensuring a smoother and more efficient communication experience.

We have also introduced a direct contact number for all team members to streamline communication further. You can find the direct contact number of each team member in their email signature. If an individual is unavailable, our system seamlessly transfers calls to another team member capable of helping or scheduling a callback.

We are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience, and as part of this commitment, we have implemented quarterly surveys to gather your honest feedback. Each quarter, we request feedback from every client who has received a bill during the period. Taking no more than 2 minutes to complete, the survey offers a quick yet insightful glimpse into the satisfaction of our clients. Your feedback is pivotal in guiding WR Partners on our journey towards continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
