The aim of the WR Partners business leader groups is to bring together small groups of senior business leaders in a forum where we can share information and insights with them and at the same time allow the business leaders to share their own experiences and discuss issues and opportunities which are on their agenda.  We recognise that being a senior leader in a small or medium sized business can be a challenging role and these groups are intended to inform and support those leaders.

The group meetings are held quarterly as the programme comprises of face to face sessions held at one of our office combined with the option of an hour’s one to one coaching/mentoring session for programme participants with a senior member of the WR Partners team.  Membership of the programme also provides access to the Mindshop Online platform.  Mindshop is a globally recognised provider of advisory insights and training specifically aimed at owner managed businesses.  A copy of a recent report on the challenges and opportunities facing business leaders is attached. 

There is a cost for membership to the group, but before joining the programme, we would like to invite you to the next session as a guest on a free of charge basis to allow you to experience the session first hand and understand the value it might bring to you as a business leader and to your business.
